ROBYN WYNNE-LEWIS

Robyn is the founder and owner of CORE Consulting which she established in 2002. Since 1998 she has trained and worked with John Scherer, an internationally-known leadership consultant and coach.

Robyn works with individuals, teams and organisations from throughout New Zealand, and from overseas. Her lively, open manner is complemented by an ability to connect and work deeply with people, enabling them to reach new levels of personal discovery.

Prior to running Core Consulting, Robyn has had a private practice in Hellerwork Structural Integration, been Manager of Health Promotion for the Taranaki Area Health Board, and a secondary school teacher (Physical Education, Biology and Science.) 

Originally from Hawke’s Bay, Robyn lived and worked for several years in the United States and Scotland. She now lives in Havelock North with her partner Dr. Peter Kershaw. She is the mother of a young daughter and has three step-children.

DEBBIE GOLDINGHAM, Associate

Debbie co-leads CORE Consulting’s programmes for school leaders, assists on our other programmes, and does personal coaching. A fully trained life coach, personal trainer and a former school principal, Debbie is passionate about people realizing and living to their potential.

Debbie has a strong personal interest in fitness and wellbeing, runs marathons and enjoys competing in triathlons. She is married to Derek, has a 34 year old son and three grandchildren. Debbie lives in Whangaparoa.

MALCOLM NICHOLLS, Associate

Malcolm is the co-lead on CORE Consulting’s Leadership Development Intensive, and also on many of our in-house programmes. He has been an associate and facilitator with CORE Consulting since 2006.

Malcolm is the owner of Samsara Therapies Wellness Centre in the heart of downtown Auckland. He is a certified Hellerwork Structural Integration practitioner, and president of Hellerwork Interntational.

A former NZ soccer representative and international soccer player, Malcolm now lives in Auckland with his wife Hayley.

TANYA BUNNY, Associate
DipTchg, Post-Grad Dip SNRT, Results Coaching ICT Level 1

Tanya has served in many roles for CORE Consulting – Operations Manager, co-lead on our Developing School Leaders programme, assistant facilitator on the LDI, and personal coach.

She is a fully trained educational consultant and life coach and is currently the Principal of Mokau School in North Taranaki, where she lives with her partner Clint and their children.

A thoughtful and motivating person, Tanya is sincere about people realizing their potentials and leading a life they are inspired by.

HAYLEY NICHOLLS , Associate

Hayley is CORE Consulting’s principal coach, and manager of our coaching programme. She is also an assistant facilitator on our public and in-house programmes.

Hayley is the founder of Energy Coaching, a life coaching practice specialising in assisting ambitious people to get clear on what is meaningful and valuable to them and to "turn up the volume" on their talents. She is also an experienced leadership facilitator and public speaker. Along with her husband Malcolm, Hayley is a Director of Samsara Therapies Wellness Centre in downtown Auckland.
