The Leadership Development Intensive (LDI) is a four day residential retreat for people who are already successful, but have a strong desire to grow deeper in their personal and professional development. It is designed to challenge and strengthen you to develop your innate leadership potential, thereby developing the leverage to transform your world - at home, at work, and in your community.

Participants include executives, managers, team Leaders, business owners, entrepreneurs, community leaders and anyone who wants to develop confidence in managing themselves. The LDI is conducted with groups of up to 12 people several times a year.
